What is the minimum budget needed for Google Ads?
It depends on your sector. In local services (plumbers, solicitors, clinics) €300–500/month gives enough data to optimise. In high-CPC sectors like legal (€4–12 per click) or insurance, €500–800/month. For e-commerce, a minimum of €400 to achieve statistical volume. Below those figures, the algorithm doesn't have enough data to learn and results are unpredictable.
How long before seeing the first results?
First clicks arrive on day one. First qualified leads typically between week one and two. Real optimisation happens at 30–60 days, when the algorithm has enough conversion data to learn. We don't promise spectacular immediate results — we promise steady improvement and real data from day one.
Is there a minimum contract period?
No minimum commitment. You can cancel with 15 days' notice. That said, Google Ads needs at least 3 months to optimise properly. If you cancel earlier, you lose the algorithm's learning curve and the data collected. Your decision — we tell you this out of honesty, not to lock you in.
What is Performance Max and when does it make sense?
Performance Max is Google's campaign that uses AI to appear across Search, Display, YouTube, Maps and Gmail simultaneously. It works well when you already have a conversion history (minimum 30–50 conversions/month) and the product or service has broad demand. For specific niches or low budgets, we prefer pure Search: more control, clearer data and no algorithm spending on irrelevant channels.
How do you measure real ROI?
We install Google Tag Manager + Google Analytics 4 with conversion events specific to your business: calls, forms, purchases, chats. The monthly report shows cost per lead, cost per sale and ROAS by campaign and ad group. If we can't measure a conversion, we don't count it as a result. Zero vanity metrics.
Do you only do Google Ads or also Meta/LinkedIn?
We specialise in Google Ads because purchase intent is higher — someone searching "employment solicitor Barcelona" wants to hire today. We recommend Meta Ads as a complement for remarketing and branding once Google is optimised. LinkedIn only for high-ticket B2B. We don't try to do everything at once — first the channel with the highest conversion rate.
Is the Google Ads account mine or yours?
The account is 100% yours. We create it in your name, with your email and your payment card billed directly to Google. We have management access. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all historical data, keywords, audiences and conversion history — that history has real value and we don't want you to lose it.
Why do agencies charge a percentage of ad spend?
Many agencies charge 10–20% on the Ads budget because their income grows when you spend more, even if performance doesn't improve. If you already rank first organically for your main keywords, Ads may be redundant on those terms — you'd be paying for clicks you'd already get for free.
